Vegetable Oil Conversion - Testing

Whilst the system is still being fitted I am limited in the tests I can carry out. I have been monitoring the results from the coolant temperature sensor and it is getting consistent results.

After completing a series of runs in the Land Rover it has become obvious the coolant system tends to sit at 76 degrees Celsius. This has led to me wanting to check the wax thermostat and see if one has been fitted, as although the 200TDi has a reputation for running cool I feel this is suspect.

It also raises the questions of the accuracy of my gauges, and I am looking at a way of confirming there accuracy with some test equipment.
